The overwhelming response to ONE NIGHT BAND’s ‘one-off’ performance at this summer’s Santa Fe Plaza concert series, signaled to the band that they’d touched the hearts of Santa Fe’s incredibly supportive music lovers in a special way. 'An Evening Of Songs For America' was a powerful presentation of positive messaging delivered through an explosive and danceable collection of songs. After a review of the show and the ongoing audience reaction, John Kurzweg, Jono Manson and Brian Hardgroove decided to continue with ONE NIGHT BAND.
ONE NIGHT BAND will do an encore performance of 'An Evening Of Songs For America' on October 20th at Santa Fe’s Skylight Night Club. The show will begin at 8pm and will include the classics that made the first show such a success as well as new and original material.
‘Open admission’ (pay what you like) will be the door policy for the show!

The New Mexico Music Commission Foundation will launch the Platinum Music Awards on Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Lensic Performing Arts Center, in Santa Fe. In addition to honoring six major music figures, some of New Mexico’s best and most diverse musical talent will perform in this unique musical variety show.
The Platinum Music Awards are an evolution of the New Mexico Music Commission’s Platinum Achievement Awards—given to musicians, music supporters, and music organizations or businesses that have demonstrated the highest level of achievement and have contributed significantly to the musical culture of New Mexico. This evolution of the Platinum’s brings a new high-profile event to New Mexico, and shows overdue respect and appreciation to our state’s pioneering musical artists, from across all musical genres.
The Platinum Music Awards are also a benefit for the humanitarian work of the Solace Crisis Treatment Center and the Music in Schools programs of the New Mexico Music Commission.

Indie blues rocker Ian Moore returns to his Santa Fe roots after his storied musical career has taken all over the world. The Austin-based artist has opened for such luminaries as Rolling Stones and ZZ Top, and he paved the way for renowned indie rockers including Ryan Adams and My Morning Jacket. Moore’s style has evolved over the years, incorporating hints of Southern soul, gospel and Beatles-esque pop into his blues rock stylings. Pop Matters raved, "Sure, he’s got his peers, but he’s ballsier than Josh Rouse, bluesier than Josh Ritter, grittier than Matthew Sweet, brainier than Ryan Adams, and more muscular than Grant-Lee Phillips."
In 2016 he released a new EP, “The Noble Art,” and toured extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. The consummate musician's musician, Moore has to be seen live to be truly appreciated.
